Edwardian Solid Silver Hat Pin, Birmingham 1908

Description

This delightful silver hat pin is hallmarked for Birmingham 1908. The steel pin mounted with a heart-shaped wirework silver final very much in the Art Nouveau manner.

Hallmarks:

Makers 'marks: RC possibly Robert Carr.

Birmingham Assay mark.

Lion Passant.

Date letter "i" for 1908.

Dimensions:

Length: 23cm / 9 inches.

Condition:

Good.

Would make a wonderful addition to a hat pin collection.
