This is a superb Victorian set of 12 sterling silver teaspoons in immaculate condition. The spoons are in the fiddle and thread pattern. Each of the spoons bear the very clear hallmarks on the back of the spoon terminal for the London Assay office with a date mark either 1876 or 1877, along with the Lion Passant indicating the finest sterling silver. The maker''s mark is clear for the renowned silvermsmith George Adams.
This is an exceptional and impeccable set - each spoon is bright and polished and in fabulous condition.
Unusual to find a set of 12 in such stunning condition.
