A Rare Pair of Silver Ladles by Female Silversmiths

A fine pair of silver gravy or sauce ladles in Fiddle pattern. Due to the high scrap price over the last few years, so much antique silver has been destroyed and flatware is probably the greatest victim. Heavy quality examples have been particularly badly hit and surviving examples are now quite scarce.

These fine ladles are of good gauge and have engraved initials to the top front. They bear the distinction of being by a mother and daughter silversmith dynasty. Dimensions below.
