Narrow French Chest of Drawers C.1900.

Description

Very good looking narrow French chest of drawers c.1900. Just 22" wide with a sloped top with inlaid frieze over six drawers with superb marquetry fronts in contrasting timbers with unusual quatrefoil detail. Extensive gilded brass mounts and escutcheon plates with laurel wreath and acanthus detail. Quarter veneered rosewood panels to the top and sides, crossbanded edges, shaped apron and legs. Oak drawer linings. Excellent colour and condition. Keys supplied.
