Description

Large antique 1886 Waltham pocket watch.

The watch has a stem-winding movement, Sterling grade , which is working well within 5 minutes over 24 hours. The movement is fully signed and the serial number 2998295 dates it back to between May & October 1886.

The watch itself measures 54.8mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is gold plated. The case is in nice condition with only light surface marking from use. the inner case back has light surface marking from use.

The glass lens is in nice condition.

The dial is signed Waltham and has a very faint hairline crack to the centre at 3 o'clock but otherwise it is in nice condition.

The watch has its original blued steel hands.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
