The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1900s.
The watch has a stem-winding movement which is working nicely. The movement is fully signed and the serial number 9567316 dates it back to 1900.

The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is silver and there are hallmarks inside the hinged case backs for Birmingham 1900 with a case maker's mark for AB, for Alfred Bedford, the Manager of Waltham UK. The case has three small dings to the back but again, nothing serious.

The watch glass is in good condition.
The signed dial is in lovely condition and has blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.
The watch comes with a single silver chain, 38cm long including the T-bar and the clasp. Each of the links has the lion silver mark and the T-bar is hallmarked for 1900. There is also a shorter chain attached which has a later 1922 silver fob.
The watch and chain will be sent in a new presentation box.
