Description

A Kingwood, Rosewood & Marquetry inlaid French side cabinet. The serpentine shaped top with a breche de lap marble top and a pierced ormolu gallery, above the serpentine mahogany lined drawer and cupboard with fine floral marquetry inlaid detail and a bevelled glass cabinet section. With serpentine ends and back also with fine floral marquetry inlaid detail and ormolu mounts throughout, the whole standing on elegant cabriole supports. The carcass in kingwood with the marquetry inlaid onto rosewood panels. French circa 1880-1900
