An Unusual French Silver & Uranium Glass Scent Bottle

An unusual French silver mounted scent flask dating from the 19th Century. This eye-catching example has a multi - facet cut body in pale acid yellow uranium glass. The octagonal hinged silver lid is engraved featuring floral motifs and opens to reveal the original peg stopper. The glass glows beautifully under UV light and this superb piece would make a welcome addition to any collection of antique scent bottles. Dimensions below.

Condition :- Excellent, with no dents to the silver and no cracks or chips to the glass. The lid is slightly misshapen, commensurate with age and use.
