1920s Limit No 2 Pocket Watch and Chain.

Description

1920s Limit No 2 pocket watch and chain.

The watch has a signed Swiss stem-winding movement which is working well. The movement is signed Limit No 2, 15 jewels, Swiss made. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch measures 50.7mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is nickel and is in good condition with just light surface marks and the odd small "ding"from use.

The acrylic lens is in nice condition.

The signed white enamel dial has a very faint hairline crack at 10 o'clock although hardly noticeable but otherwise it is in nice condition.

The watch has its original gold hands.

The watch comes with a single graduated albert chain which measures 29cm long including the T bar and clasp.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.

We are an on-line only business and do not have facilities for callers. Our offices are open from Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.

With regards to appraisals / valuations, we receive a huge number of information requests each day and unfortunately do not have the manpower to deal with them all individually. Our advice would be to contact a local auctioneer for a full appraisal.
