Regency Rosewood Settee. Circa 1825

19th century
Description

Classic top quality Scottish Regency simulated rosewood scroll end settee with shaped back and standing on tapering fluted legs with brass socket casters. Very little wear to simulation and with stunning patina. Frame all in fine condition with just a little old and very dead worm to a couple of the legs. Recently beautifully upholstered in very expensive and striking fabric. Comfortable. A great item probably made in Edinburgh.

Size; 6ft 6" long, 36" high, 25.5" deep. Seat height 18"
