Description

A fabulous find, always sought-after and rare to find; this is the first one I have had in ten years!

Not to be confused with the two-sided shell-shaped biscuit boxes, this is the rare triple design with three compartments opening to reveal sections within.

The underside is where the full makers mark can be found for the well renowned silversmith, Fenton Brothers can be found. It is also marked "Staniforth's Patent".

Dating to the late Victorian era, dating to c. 1880 and in excellent condition. 8 3/4" x 8 3/4" x 10 1/2" tall to top of handle while closed up.
