Fine example of the classic late Georgian Welsh oak kitchen cupboard of a type known locally as a ‘Cwpwrdd Bara Caws’ or bread and cheese cupboard c.1810. Two door cupboard top with the vented door panels typical of the form over a cupboard base with two drawers at the waist. Attractive patterned piercing to the vented panels, ebony diamond escutcheons and original brass knobs. Original base moulding and bracket feet. Scumbled deal side panels, original shelves, back and floor boards. Excellent colour and condition cleaned and waxed in our workshops. Keys supplied
