Description

This set of twelve nineteenth century mahogany balloon back chairs is by Reilly of Manchester. They are in excellent restored condition with newly upholstered drop in seats.
These chairs have been fully re-upholstered, not just re-covered.
This has involved stripping, checking, gluing, repairing and tightening joints, reviving of the original deep nutty patina and French polishing to a showroom finish. From the English webbing, up to the attractive top material the several layered process has been carried out by our professional upholsterers to the highest standards.
A fine addition to a dining setting of distinction.
