Large Antique Riveted Copper Boiler

19th century
Description

Good example of an antique riveted copper boiler dating from the late 19th Century. Most likely originally used as an industrial boiler or measure, it is the perfect size for a log bin or planter. Excellent quality with a riveted seam and riveted detail around the bottom. The rim is stamped F 10.

It is in good original condition and displays beautifully. There are no damages, splits or holes. There are some minor dinks and dents but nothing detrimental. There are spots of Verdigiris patination and it has been lightly cleaned and polished to retain its wonderful aged patina and is ready for use.

Outer diameter : 20" (51cm)

Inner Diameter : 17 3/4" (45cm)
