The Fancy Fox has dated this piece to the Georgian era.
The hut is sat under a flowering willow tree and set on a large stylised ochre coloured rock with a short section of ornate fencing to the side. The whole is picked out with gilded highlights and both pieces with gilded rims and feathered detail up the handle. Both with impressed mark of BFB under a crown, c.1810.

The cup measures 6.5cm (2 1/2") high, 6.5cm (2 1/2") rim to rim and 9cm (3 1/2") rim to handle. The saucer measures 14cm (5 1/2") wide and 2.5cm (1") high. Both pieces in very good condition with no damage or restoration. Surface wear is very light.
