Antique Mahogany Globe Wernicke Stacking Bookcase

1920 - 1940
Description

This antique Globe Wernicke mahogany stacking bookcase is very tall as is has six individual bookcase compartments. It’s in excellent condition, having just been polished & I would date it to around the 1930’s period. Each compartment has a glass fronted door that lifts up & slides back. Inside each one one the back is the Globe Wernicke label. It can be dismantled quite easily, because all the sections lift off of each other. It’s very rare to find these type of bookcases with that many sections.
