Description

An oak Arts & Crafts Period extending dining table and 8 chairs. The table having a solid oak top with canted corners and two additional leaf inserts. This table is quite versatile and can be used to sit 4,6 or 8 people. Extending by winding mechanism and handle. Supported on square tapering solid oak supports with brass and porcelain castors. The chairs of the same period having finely carved and shaped top rails depicting the tree of life and stylised Art Nouveau tulips, with padded supports and further stylised carved support bars. With padded upholstered seats and standing on square tapering supports with brass and porcelain castors. English circa 1900

Dimensions: Chairs 42" high x 19" wide x 21" deep (set height 18") Table 82" long fully extended x 42" wide x 29" high (leaves 1 x 15" and 1 x 12")

Condition: This dining suite is in superb condition, cleaned and waxed
