A vintage 1920s Swiss half hunter pocket watch.

The watch has a good quality 15 jewel stem-winding movement which is working well. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch measures 50.3mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is gold plated and is the Star model made by the Dennison Watch Case Company. The case is in good condition, just a couple small "dings", nothing serious at all.

The front cover has a small lens surrounded by enamel filled Roman numerals. The front cover is opened by pressing the winding crown in.

The watch glass is in good condition. the outer acrylic lens is also in nice condition.

The dial is in nice condition with only light surface marking to the centre of the sub seconds dial.

The watch has blued steel hands (including the special half hunter hour hand), a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.

With regards to appraisals / valuations, we receive a huge number of information requests each day and unfortunately do not have the manpower to deal with them all individually. Our advice would be to contact a local auctioneer for a full appraisal.
