The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1910s.
The watch has a stem-winding movement which is working nicely.
The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch measures 50mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop. The case is silver and there are Continental hallmarks inside the case backs together with the Extra Fram GHL logo. There is scratching inside the back cover.

Condition-wise, the bezel has a couple of small “dings” where the loop has rubbed and some fairly gentle unevenness to the hinged back. The case back has a CA monogram.
The lens is glass. The main surface is in good condition... there are a couple of chips underneath the glass but not too noticeable to the naked eye.

The watch comes with a single silver chain, 37cm long including the T-bar and the clasp. Each of the links on the chain has the lion passant mark. Also included is a silver fob with enamel detail to the front and a 1915 inscription to the back.
The watch and chain will be sent in a new presentation box.
