Puckerings has dated this piece to the 1900s.
The lock comes with a working key and when unlocked the barrel is pushed down to release the top bar allowing access to the three cut crystal decanters.

The bottles are most unusual with a cut swag or garland design and a star cut base.
The frame is fully marked for the well renowned Birmingham silversmith, Deykin and Harrison, this particular mark used between 1895 to 1907, making this a late Victorian or early Edwardian example.

Superb condition. The frame footprint measures 16 1/4" x 6 1/4" and standing 13 1/2" tall to top of handle. Each decanter measures 3 1/4" x 3 1/4" and standing 8 3/4" tall.
