A Pollard Oak Victorian Period Antique Pedestal Desk.

Description

A good pollard oak Victorian Period antique pedestal desk. Having a rectangular top with a pale green leather writing surface with pollard oak banding and thumb moulding above an arrangement of nine rectangular drawers, each having pollard oak fronts and Gothic revival brass handles and escutcheons. Having pollard oak sides and back and raised on rectangular oak and pollard oak plinths. English circa 1870-1880

Dimensions: 48" wide x 27" deep x 29" high (knee hole 19" wide x 23" high)

Condition: This pedestal desk is in superb original condition, cleaned and waxed
