French Walnut Small Escritoire Circa 1870

19th century
Description

Pretty late 19th. century solid walnut french escritiore of unusually narrow proportions with fall front having leather writing surface with three drawers below. White veined marble top with pierced brass gallery. All in fine un-touched original condition. Fine honey colour with good waxed patina.

Size; 46" high, 16" wide, 12" deep. 30" high to writing surface when open.
