The graduated shelves with brass string inlay and supported on well-cast brass column supports of classical design.The cabinet base with intricate cut-brass inlay to the frieze , the vertical uprights of the sides and the blocks . The frieze banded with a high-quality cast gilt-brass mount bead surround. The whole with brass-inlaid line stringing .The door panels fitted with replaced pleated material lining to replace and replicate the worn original. The doors fitted with a reeded brass vertical strip , brass escutcheon and working brass lock and key.
