A Silver Wine Funnel

19th century
Description

The 19thC. Silver Funnel, with a rope twist cast rim, surround the lift out petal shape sieve.

The body with fine reeded rim, above the circular tapering cup, decorated with tapering reeds, to a ring collar.

The spout, with tapering reeding, finished with a ring collar, as the spout tapers to the off set opening. Complete with decanter bracket. The funnel hall marked for J. E. Terry, London 1817.
