Description

Antique solid mahogany Chippendale style dining table & six matching dining chairs dating from around the 1890-1910 period. It’s all in good original condition & has just been revived & polished. The chair seats are the original green leather & although there are no holes or splits, they are well aged. These drop in seats can easily be re-upholstered for about £25 each, if needed. The chairs are beautifully carved on the backs, on the tops of the legs & along the gadrooned front edge. Plus they have claw & ball feet. The dining table is completely matching the chairs, with the gadrooned edge, carved legs on ball & claw feet. This table has a wind out mechanism which allows the extra leaf to be added, with the help of the wheels below too.
