Antique Edwardian Inlaid Mahogany Triple Wardrobe Compactum C1900

Antique Edwardian Inlaid Mahogany Triole Wardrobe Compactum and dating from around 1900. Constructed from quality mahogany it has a cornice top with dental moulding above a deep frieze with inlaid chequered stringing. To the centre is a small flamed mahogany panelled door with chequered stringing to the edges and central oval and with brass handle and working key and with internal hanging rail. This is above four drawers all of which are mahogany lined with original brass handles and key and all edged with chequered s5ringing. To each side is a full length oval mirrored door with original brass handles and keys and with internal hanging rail and mahogany clothes support rail to the centre ( which keeps the clothes from catching in the door). The whole is raised on a deep plinth base and s parades for ease of transporting.

With a lovely deep colour and patination and oozing all the charm and character of the period. Our furniture is cleaned and polished using traditional waxing methods.
