A Large Decorative 18th Century Majolica Charger

Description

A lovely and decorative 18thC Deruta Majolica charger having vibrant colours and classical renaissance boarders with a religious painting in the centre possibly depicting Saint John the baptist as a child with the lamb of god. The charger itself is in very good condition with the exception of a few old chips to the edges and mass crazing to the surface, which is very common with this type of charger.
