Georgian Battersea Enamel Patch Box. Circa 1775

Description

George III Battersea enamel oval patch box with hand decorated lid with sailing boat and 'A trifle from Hastings'. Pink body. Original mirror within lid. Good strong hinge. Slight crazing to lid and has a couple of minor chips to base. This is one from a large collection recently purchased. See last image and ask if interested in any others.
