A scarce antique English figural postage stamp box, hand carved in the form of the head of a Bull Dog. Beautifully executed retaining two large amber glass eyes.

The box opens to reveal a single compartment and the original gilded hinge in perfect working order.

Late Victorian in era c.1890. Measures 2 3/8" x 1 7/8" x 1".
