This beautiful brady cabinet is from the very heyday of the collecting era. Brady made cabinets for those he favoured and most entomologists to this day envy those with 'a brady'. Considered to be the 'holy grail' of collectors cabinets, made to the finest of tolerances, of the finest materials and, to this day, unequalled in quality.

This example is a previous 'one owner cabinet' and has not been on the market until now. The condition is very fine and the cabinet retains all the original features, beautifully figured honduras mahogany, original glass, lock and key, bun feet and, of course, smooth running drawers of the utmost quality and finish. An exceptional cabinet!

Those familiar with brady's work will recognise all the distinguishing features and appreciate the beauty and quality of this piece.
