Circa 1880, pair of carved and gilded Chippendale style giltwood wall sconces, converted to electricity. With scrolling foliate top above mirror back sections and candle holders with carved flower head designs (faux candles later added). Towards the base are c-scrolls and further foliate carving around small mirrors. There are slight blemishes to the original rich colour of the sconces (from cleaning).
