Antique Furniture Direct has dated this piece to the Edwardian era.
They stand on tapered legs with spear feet. The seats have been recently reupholstered. Solid and sturdy and in good condition, would make ideal bedroom chairs.

Good condition. Solid and sturdy. The upholstery appears fairly new and clean – a few small marks and scuffs. Wear and marks to the frames commensurate with age. A black mark to the outside upright of one chair (see photo)
