A Regency Bracket Clock

Description

he Regency two train fusee bracket clock within a mahogany stepped pediment case.

The case with brass edged recessed panels surrounding the convex glassed and brass bezil door, fronting the convex dial, with the makers name 'Barraud, Cornhill, London'.

The edges of the front with brass faced chamfers.

The sides of the case with a pair of classical leaf ring handles and fish scale sounding panels.

The rear with a glazed door enclosing the double fusee movement.

The whole standing on a brass inlaid plinth, raised up on ball feet.
