Description

A truly superb pedestal desk, made from Walnut with excellent tight Burr Walnut. The Burr Walnut is on all 4 sides so it can be free standing in a room, there is even burr walnut on the inside of the pedestals where your knees go, this is a sign of quality. All the drawers run smoothly and fitted with original brass handles. We have fitted a new black leather to the top. The carved detailing is crisp and she sits on little Queen Anne feet. The drawer linings are mahogany with excellent tight dovetails.

This quality is getting very hard to find and the piece is in excellent condition having been re finished by ourselves to a very high standard.
