Pair 1920'S Brass Candlesticks

1900 - 1920
Description

Circa 1910-1930 a pair of fine quality, solid, and well made brass candlesticks on a smooth polished base very much in the Arts and Crafts style.

The candlesticks are both straight! The camera angle makes them appear to be leaning away from each other.

They measure 18cm in height and the base is approximately 8.5cm in diameter. Both are in good condition - and they weigh about 477g or 1lb each.

The candle cups are angular in design and the brass columns have a three tier step at the bottom. We think the bases are made of Bakelite but can't confirm it, they are however, totally original and made for the candlesticks.
