Description

Circa 1910-1930 a walnut and brass stationery box with a lovely interior and a matching blotter folder.

The box is approximately 20cm in width, 11cm deep and about 13.5cm in height. The blotter is 26.5cm x 18.5cm and on one side it has an inside pocket.

The stationery box has a rich blue lining to the lid in very good condition, and firm, clean compartments inside. It does have a lock on the front that works but unfortunately it doesn't come with the key.

There are a few age related marks to inside of the blotter be expected with an item of this age (see photo 7) and it needs new blotting paper. The outside is in good condition with just a few scuff marks on the back where it was placed on a table ([photo 6). The top is in extremely good condition.
