Description

A very attractive and small mahogany collectors cabinet from the army and navy naturalist department circa 1900. Designed to contain a collection of british insects. This cabinet would lend itself perfectly to the housing of a collection of jewellery or many other small items.

The drawers run smoothly and each has a sliding glass top. The inner drawer bases have a shallow lining of cork under paper. Original working lock and key present.
