Description

Unusual little Arts and Crafts style oak combined bureau and bookshelves by Liberty & Co. c.1910. Fall front writing bureau opening to reveal a simple fitted interior of pigeon holes for stationery and correspondence etc. Surrounded on the top and left hand side with open bookshelves (6¼" depth) plus two deeper (13?) shelves below, one of which is adjustable. In solid oak throughout with shaped detail to the top and sides. Original copperized handles to the drawer front and loafers. Original Liberty & Co. label inside the drawer front. Good condition, simply cleaned and waxed in our workshops. Key supplied.
