Large Oval Rosewood Coffee Table C.1860.

Description

Mid 19th.c. rosewood centre table c.1860 reduced in height to make a large and handsome coffee table to suit a period interior. Oval top with beautifully figured rosewood veneers arranged in a symmetrical pattern on solid mahogany groundwork. Crossbanded and thumb moulded edge and apron. On a turned and segmented pedestal raised on beautifully carved and shaped legs in solid rosewood with scrolling feet. Excellent condition and lovely mellow colour. Cleaned and polished in our workshops.

Dimensions: width 56", depth 43½", height 20½".
