The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1950s.
The watch has a signed 17-jewel hand-winding movement which is working nicely.
The case is 9 carat gold and there are hallmarks inside the case back for Birmingham 1953 with a maker's mark for Aaron Dennison, a prolific manufacturer of cases for various watch makers. The case is in good condition with just the odd minor mark.

The lens is in good condition.
The signed dial is in its original finish and has blued steel hands, centre seconds hand and outer minute markers. There is light freckling across the dial.
A new leather strap has been fitted.
The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
