Antique Lady Waltham fob watch and albertina.

The watch has a 16-jewel stem-winding movement, Lady Waltham grade, which is working nicely. The movement is fully signed and the serial number 12,562,529 dates it back to 1903. This particular grade of movement was produced from 1900 to 1913, and was made in relatively low numbers when compared to something like the Waltham Traveler. It is a good quality movement with a star wheel regulator and a damscened finish to the plates. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.

The watch measures 34mm diameter excluding the stem and the loop. The case is 14ct gold plate and was made by the Dennison Watch Case Company, a prolific manufacturer of cases for various watch companies. The case is in good condition with the just the odd minor mark, nothing too detrimental at all. The hinged case back has engraved initials.

The watch glass is in good condition.

The dial is in good condition and has blued steel hands and an outer minute track.

The watch comes with a delicate albertina, 15cm long including the T-bar and the clasp.

The watch and albertina will be sent in a new presentation box.
