Antique Waltham Seaside fob watch and albertina.

The watch has a stem-winding movement, Seaside grade, which is working nicely. The nicely signed movement has the serial number 12,245,806 which dates it back to around 1903. The movement is protected by an inner cover.

The watch itself measures 40mm diameter excluding the winding crown and the loop. The case is silver and there are hallmarks inside the case backs for Birmingham 1914 with a maker's mark for Aaron Dennison – the Dennison Watch Company had a very close relationship with Waltham and made the majority of their cases for the UK market. There is a discrepancy in movement and case dates, the movement may have been changed as a more economical alternative to a watch repair at the time.

Overall the case is in good condition, just a small "ding" to the back of the watch.

The watch glass has light marking but is very acceptable.

The white enamel dial has a few hairline cracks but they are faint.

The watch comes with a single albertina, 24cm long in total.

The watch and chain will be sent in a new presentation box.
