A Fine Pair of French Serves Porcelain Ormolu Clock Garnitures C1860

Description

A fine pair of French Serves porcelain clock garnitures finished in ormolu.

The bodies have been hand painted to the highest standards,depicting a lady playing an instrument whilst sitting down.

The other garniture has a hand painted scene depicting a young lady painting a portrait.

Both Garnitures are on square ormolu stands,each being inset with a small panel of serves porcelain,and have tiny square tapered feet.

Measurements are 13 3/4 Inches in Height with the base sections being 5 inches x 4 1/2 Inches.

These items would be worth a great deal more if you were to be able to match them up with an similar style serves matching clock to form a set.
