Gents 1935 9ct gold Waltham wrist watch.

The watch has a hand-winding movement, grade 359, which is working nicely. The patterned movement is fully signed and the serial number 28,813,920 dates it back to around 1935.

The watch measures 30mm wide excluding the winding crown and 30mm high excluding the lugs. The case is 9 carat gold and there are hallmarks for Birmingham 1932 with a case maker's mark for Aaron Dennison, the Dennison Watch Case Company made the majority of the cases for Waltham UK.

The front of the case is in good condition. The back of the watch has some unevenness but overall acceptable for such an early piece.

The lens is in good condition.

The signed white enamel dial is in very nice condition with original blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.

A new leather strap has been fitted.

The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
