Iconic Art Deco Coromandel Desk Stand

1900 - 1920
Description

A very attractive Art Deco period DESK STAND, primarily constructed of well-figured coromandel wood, with ivory banding and supported on solid ivory feet. Both ink bottles have hinged lids with hallmarked silvered collars, whilst the central hinged box (for stamps; clips etc) is lined in figured satinwood. The silver is hallmarked for London 1932. 13.5ins x 9ins (34 x 23cms)
