A fine Japanese Meiji period bronze okimono of a happy Bull elephant with a raised & curled trunk, the creature has a wonderfully detailed face & skin, finished with its original ivory tusks. This splendid Elephant okimono is signed Seiya on the underside and comes with a Japanese carved hardwood stand, it is in excellent overall condition commensurate with age and measures 12 inches in length.
