The Vintage Wrist Watch Company has dated this piece to the 1900s.
The watch has a seven jewel stem-winding movement, "warranted English", which is working nicely. The movement is protected by an inner hinged cover.
The watch measures 49mm diameter excluding the winding stem and the loop.

English Watch Company. The case has engine turned detail to the back with a central vacant cartouche. There are light surface marks and some fairly gentle unevenness to the back but overall the condition is good for a piece of its age.

The glass lens has a faint 3mm scratch but not too noticeable to the naked eye.
The dial is in lovely condition with blued steel hands, a subsidiary seconds dial and an outer minute track.
The watch will be sent in a new presentation box.
