Antique Victorian Button Back Armchair

Description

An Antique Victorian button back armchair of unusual design, the spoon shaped back over a deep sprung seat and raised on mahogany ring turned legs with original horn and brass castors.

A very comfortable chair, traditionally upholstered in horsehair. The chair itself is in good condition, the seat being good, it just needs re-covering. There is a possibility that the only the seat could be re-covered as this it's the only part of the fabric that is actually damaged, otherwise it's good.

I can arrange re-covering and supply fabric, please ask for further details.

79cm high, 64cm wide max, the seat being 54cm deep and 38cm high.
