Victorian Antique Silver Jug & Sugar Bowl 1897

Description

This matching set of Antique Silver Cream Jug & Sugar Bowl was made by the well-known and sought after silversmiths of William Hutton & Sons Ltd. in 1897.

Both the Silver Jug and Silver Twin Handled Sugar Bowl have repousse shell-like decoration and S scroll handles and stand on a raised base.

Both the Jug and Sugar Bowl are in excellent condition and would look superb in any setting or could enhance any silver collection.

Condition:

Used / Excellent

There is no damage and no repairs.

Jug: Height (To top of Handle) – 2.5” (63mm) / Length – 4.0” (100mm) / Width – 2.25” (56mm)

Weight – 53.5g / 1.72ozt

Bowl: Height (To top of Handles) – 3.0 (75mm) / Length – 4.75” (119mm) / Width – 2.75” (69mm)
