A superb Wedding Cake Knife. The Knife has a glorious solid silver handle which features the Shamrock, Rose and Thistle (representing Ireland, England and Scotland), with clear hallmarks for the Sheffield Assay office and a date mark for 1907, along with the Lion Passant indicating the finest sterling silver. The steel blade is electroplated and bears maker''s marks for ''IB & S'' which is also pleasingly decorated (see images).
The knife comes in the lovely original presentation case.
